Typical Weekend Flow

A weekend designed to reconnect

  • Check in, settle in, get comfortable, enjoy a warm welcome and dinner together, then gather for a Fireside Circle to unwind and connect.
  • Begin with yoga and movement, then move into women-centered workshops, guided reflection, wellness experiences, nature, a signature Lumeris adventure, and shared meals.
  • Start with movement and a slower morning, then gather for reflection, next-chapter planning, lunch, final connection, and a meaningful close before departure around 4 PM.
